DAY SCHOOL PROGRAM
Day School Teacher - The Schwartz Center for Children has
openings for teachers within its Day School Program. The Day
School is a MA DESE licensed year round school for children and
adolescents with severe/profound disabilities. Experience
required.
Degree - Teacher must have a Bachelor's degree in Special
Education or related field and must be MA teacher certified or
in the process of being certified.
Adaptive Physical Education (APE) - The Schwartz Center
for Children currently has an opening for an APE teacher in the
Day School Program. The position is for 20 hours per week.
Social Workers - The Schwartz Center for Children is
looking for Licensed Social Workers.
Physical Therapist- The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part time Physical Therapist (19 hours per week) to
work in the Center’s Day School Program.Physical Therapist
Assistant – The Schwartz Center for Children is seeking a
full time Physical Therapist Assistant (30 – 37.5 hours per
week) to work in the Center’s Day School Program. Duties include
providing center based services for children and adolescents
with severe/profound disabilities.
Qualifications-
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for MA
licensure (Registered PTA).
EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM
Speech Therapist - The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part-time Speech Therapist (30 hours per week) o work
in the Center's Early Intervention Program. Duties include
providing center and group based, as well as home therapy to
children ages birth through three who have a developmental
delay, and/or an established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for
Massachusetts Licensure (Registered Therapist).
Physical Therapist – The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part time Physical Therapist (30 hours per
week) to work in the Center’s Early Intervention Program. Duties
include providing center and/or home based services to children
birth through age three who have a developmental delay, and/or
an established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for
Massachusetts Licensure (Registered Therapist).
Speech Language Pathologist – The Schwartz Center for
Children is seeking part time Speech Language Pathologists (30
hours per week) to work in the Center’s Early Intervention
Program. Duties include providing center and/or home based
services to children birth through age three who have a
developmental delay, and/or an established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for
Massachusetts Licensure (Registered Therapist).
Educator – The Schwartz Center for Children is seeking an
Educator (30 hours per week) to work in the Center’s Early
Intervention Program. Duties include providing center and/or
home based services to children birth through age three who have
a developmental delay, and/or an established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood
Education.
Social Workers – The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking Social Workers to
work in the Center’s Early Intervention Program. Duties include
providing center and/or home based services to children birth

established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have MSW/LIC SW
Counselor – The Schwartz Center for Children is seeking a
part time Counselor (30 hours per week) to work in the
Center’s Early Intervention Program. Duties include providing
center and/or home based services to children birth through age
three who have a developmental delay, and/or an established
diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have a Counseling/Psychology degree
Nurse (RN or BSN) – The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part time Nurse (20 hours per week) to work in
the Center’s Early Intervention Program. Duties include
providing center and/or home based services to children birth
through age three who have a developmental delay, and/or an
established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have RN or BSN
certification/licensure
Teacher’s Aide – The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part time Teacher’s Aide (20 hours per week) to
work in the Center’s Early Intervention Program. Duties include
providing center and/or home based services to children birth
through age three who have a developmental delay, and/or an
established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have a high school diploma – EEC
certified preferred
REHAB PROGRAM
Speech Therapist - The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a part-time Speech Therapist to work in the Center’s
outpatient Rehabilitation Program. Duties include providing
center and group based therapy.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for
Massachusetts Licensure(Registered Therapist).
Physical Therapist - The Schwartz Center for Children is
seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in the Center's
Outpatient Rehabilitation Program. Duties include providing
center therapy to children ages birth through twenty-two who
have an established diagnosis.
Qualifications -
Licensure: Candidates must have or be qualified for
Massachusetts Licensure (Registered Therapist).

Center for Children currently has a full time opening for a
Front Desk Reception & Administrative Assistant. Candidate will
be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors,
accepting patient payments, assisting in patient scheduling,
managing mailroom, ordering supplies and assisting department
heads and office staff with general and administrative duties.
Applicant must be professional, have excellent time management,
prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Ability to communicate
courteously, pleasantly, and effectively over the phone and in
person is essential. Must be able to take direction well and be
able to meet deadlines as assigned. Excellent computer skills
and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Front
desk experience in a doctor’s office a plus. Hours are 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Only qualified candidates will
be considered for this position. Company offers full benefit
